The INNERVATOR MEDITATION MENTORSHIP PROGRAM is a 5-month program designed to help self navigate interest in facilitating meditation. The program consists of bi-weekly sessions in both group settings and individual coaching.

The program is a 5 part collective exploration into:

  • ORIGINS ~ Origins of Meditation and Personal Origins.

  • ELEMENTS + NEUROSCIENCE ~ Diving into the basics of scientific research.

  • FOUNDATIONS + LANGUAGE ~ Applying the language of inclusivity, accessibility and safety.

  • CREATIVITY + INTUITION ~ Strengthening and practicing guiding from your own unique experience and voice.

  • ABUNDANCE + BALANCE ~ Learning to balance ambition with integrity.

This program is for you:

  • If you want to be discover your brilliance as a guide.

  • If you are contemplating taking a meditation program or certification.

  • If you struggle with the imposter syndrome and seek to overcome it.

  • If you want more practice and facilitating in holding space.

  • If your intuition or gut feeling says, YES!

Mindful Origins: This program arose organically from a sincere interest to learn about my personal path to sharing my soul’s purpose from each of the people you will meet below in the 2020 cohort. My intention is to hold space for future facilitators to help them contemplate their motivations and question how they can positively contribute to the “wellness” space and dismantle systemic oppression through their choices and work. I thank Julia, Erica, Tallulah and Myra for setting me on this new journey and look forward to how it will evolve in support of Social Justice and re-imagining the “wellness” space.

JULIA’S BRILLIANCE

Deep + Caring Space Holding. Innate ability to offer therapeutic workshops and an ambience of trust and openness to explore healing.

HER-STORY

I'm Julia Rose Nethersole. I am a seeker, a connector, a guide. I was born and still live on the lands of the Haudenosaunee, the Anishnaabe, the Attiwonderonk, and the Mississaugas of the New Credit. My origins in meditation are rooted in the pages of my journals; spaces to write without censor, to take my thoughts from my mind to the page. My practice evolved to seated meditation in 2012 and in 2014 I completed the Camino de Santiago pilgrimage, 5 weeks and 775km of walking meditation. I have been exploring various types of meditation since. In 2019 I started a company called Glass Full which aims to bring people together in the name of self-care through events retreats and workshops. The anchoring belief is that when we care for ourselves we are better equipped to care for others. Every event held has involved some form of meditation or mindfulness practice as I believe that connecting to your breath is one of the highest expressions of self-care and love. I want to expand my own knowledge and practice in meditation to be able to invite others to practice alongside me.

MYRA’S BRILLIANCE

Simple + Elegant communication bringing ease and comfort to exploring meditation. Innate ability to offer a balanced, harmonious offering of buddhist teachings and modern day science of meditation.

HER-STORY

Since I was young enough to journal and look back on some of the entries, there has always been this overarching theme of seeking purpose in life, through meaningful experiences, travel, relationships, and work. I grew up on the water in Chesapeake with Filipino roots and traditions. My connection to nature is shaped largely from my childhood, feeling at home and happy at the beach. After attending university and getting my BS in Psychology, I moved to start my career in NYC. In 2014, after experiencing heartbreak, feelings of loneliness and exhaustion I started learning about the mind/body relationship and developing a personal mindfulness / yoga practice. As I got older, I felt a strong pull toward helping others and sharing. Since then, I have been able to deepen my understanding of the benefits of Mindfulness thru MBSR training. Going forward on this path to understanding my greater purpose in life, I want to continue to uphold values of charity, compassion, adventure, wisdom, and love.

TALLULAH’S BRILLIANCE

Artistic + Somatic Immersive Experiences. Innate ability to express with poetic visualizations and holding space for gentle exploration into vulnerability.

HER-STORY

My natural curiosity and constant quest for understanding the human experience has led me to progressively start investigating inwards after being hit by a few waves of unresolved grief.  At a time when I was free-falling, reconnecting to my body and my inner world brought the ground that I needed under my feet. Instead of holding on to external things that can be so flimsy at times, I learned to hold onto myself with lightness and flexibility and that became much more reliable. My core belief and drive is that giving ourselves permission to pause and “go home” is an act of mindful resistance that can create social change. When the grind wants to swallow us up, pausing is a gentle way to pull ourselves back and to show others they can do the same, creating a non-violent but transformative ripple effect.

ERICA’S BRILLIANCE

Richness of the Heart. Innate ability in her sessions to transport you to multi-dimensional and intergenerational healing.

HER-STORY

Since childhood, Erica has been a deep thinker, a creative usually lost in her own thoughts, ideas, and observations about our interconnected world. As life events unfolded, she turned to a guided meditation podcast in 2012 to cope with overthinking, rumination, and anxiety. Her curiosity lead to a greater exploration of her own spirituality and interest in other forms of meditation using mantras, chanting, sound, yoga, and mindfulness. She attributes meditation to keeping her feet on the ground, living more present-minded, and bringing compassionate awareness to her body, thoughts, and patterns.
