My heart is full with the pleasure of meeting you here. My mission is to enrich people’s quality of life by exploring curiosity, compassion, kindness and awareness. I am committed to offering a MODERN and PRACTICAL approach to integrating MINDFULNESS and MEDITATION to discover vibrant living. Natalie shares her passion for neuroscience and her work is a mirror of her deep connection, understanding, and respect for nature and all human beings.
Natalie Matias co-founded and has led an intimate local meditation group for women entrepreneurs and creatives, the Peace Warriors, since 2014. Natalie’s purpose is in the element of sharing and guiding others to connection, purpose, inspiration, appreciation and happiness. It is a path that started in her youth experiencing the loss of both parents to dis-ease and dis-connect to a healthy life-work balance. It is in these life changing experiences that has led Natalie to share meditation in the workplace, at home and in life passions.
Natalie's unique mix of B. COMM education and MEDIA experience allows Natalie the versatility to offer a full range of offerings for any type of environment hoping to cultivate and share wellness in small groups and large seminars.
Natalie’s warmth and heart also extends into providing this valuable tool to youth in the TDSB and Summer Youth Programs. She is a Certified Facilitator and Trainer for the Mindfulness Without Borders Program. She started her roots at the Misfit Studio in Toronto and spread her meditation love across studios in Toronto.
She leans on the education, courses and retreats in MBSR, Vipassana, Unified Mindfulness, and Mindfulness without Borders programs and uses the Co-Active Coaching fundamentals and principles to offer a collaborative, secular learning experience.
Her clientele ranges from entrepreneurs, professionals, and CEOs in workplaces such as We Work, RBC, Deloitte, TD Webex, Redbull Canada, Willis Towers Watson International, Shopify and more. An advocate for wellness and positive workplace cultures, Natalie uses her skill-sets to lead conversations that embrace wellness, inside and outside of the office. Her dedication to community-building and connection has led her to lead meditation and mindfulness classes, workshops, and corporations globally.
