SHARING THURSDAYS: Mindfulness Meditation

Mindfulness Meditation is foundational for a healthy relationship to the self, others, and different environments. Mindfulness is one of many different forms of meditation. In the Sharing Thursday session we explored what type of meditations we are already engaging with and which ones we can be open and curious.

DAILY MINDFUL INTEGRATIONS:

  • Engage in Take 5 once a day.

  • Mindful Listening, Notice when you get distracted when having a conversation with someone or in a meeting. Notice what is distracting you and gently invite yourself back to listening to the person(s).
